These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including but not limited to webpage hosting, network infrastructure consultation, IT infrastructure design, and IT security services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. 

Regorum Technologies provides IT-related services.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice.

You agree:
-To provide accurate and complete information
-Not to use our Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities
-Not to attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks

You are solely responsible for the content you host or manage using our Services.

-All fees must be paid in full and on time

-Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

-We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment

All materials, systems, and processes developed by Regorum Technologies remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients retain ownership of their own content.

We will take reasonable measures to protect confidential information. However, no system is completely secure, and we do not guarantee absolute confidentiality. 

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures may occur. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
-Regorum Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
-Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding 3 months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Regorum Technologies from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
-Your use of the Services
-Your violation of these Terms
-Any content or data you provide

We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. 

Our Services may rely on third-party providers. We are not responsible for their performance, availability, or security. 

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India. 

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mangaluru(Mangalore), and you waive the right to participate in class actions. 

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
